bseToday we celebrated Þorláksmessa, in name of Þorlákur Þórhallsson, bishop of Skálholt, the patron saint of #Iceland. Hangikjöt (smoked lamb) (plus ham for those who prefer), served with potatoes in bechamel sauce, green peas, and pickled red cabbage. 🇮🇸
