@amerika I can't find it, but there's a diet where you:
* drink black coffee for breakfast
* drink liquor for lunch
* have a sensible dinner
and the weight melts off.
Liquor is not stored as fat. It will actually dump glucose in the bloodstream to fat stores and is a preferential fuel over carbohydrates.
The downside? Cirrhosis of the liver takes root pretty quickly 🤣
