    If she cancels on Carerev, her score goes down and she will get fewer shifts in the future. But if the boss cancels, he faces no consequences.

    Carerev also lets bosses send nurses home early without paying them for the whole day - *and* they don't pay overtime if a nurse stays after her shift ends in order to ensure that their patients are cared for.
