Adam Katz@stefan @tedium if Mastodon were larger, it would have this same problem but worse (since there is no centralized moderation); there's nothing stopping somebody from setting up @stefan@stefanbohacek.link or @stefan@stefanbobecek.online. It's a cost of federation.
