AnarchoNinaWritesIn Your House is a deep cut in the Cure's catalogue, but it's still very popular with longtime fans. Hypnotic and ethereal, this track builds a foggy sonic gloomscape around simple, repetitive chords and features every instrument contributing equally to a song that's greater than the sum of its parts. Although it's a stripped down example of the style, this technique would eventually come to define The Cure's sound on classic albums like Disintegration and Bloodflowers.
