- Embed this notice@mangeurdenuage That is one of the reasons why I won't buy physical PC games anymore. They're a pain in the ass to return if they don't work and I had a bad experience with Resident Evil 5 PC. I had a retail copy that had a defective disk that would not install due to a corrupted .cab file.
I had to pirate the .iso to install the game but luckily the retail disc worked enough to bypass the DRM checks but it's still bs the retail disc didn't work brand new out of the box when the game was nearly brand new at the time.
