@nugger @Turkleton The only situation I can see this realistically becoming a thing would be some sort of mass political arrests of Whites, like the J6 people. You get a good amount of "normal" people into contact with the structure, and maybe enough of them are sane and sturdy enough to withstand the temptation to sink to their moral level. In that edge case though, funding in would likely be heavily curtailed, so you can only get bodies in, and in a political situation, they're likely not getting out.
