ChuckThis makes total sense to me, there is no "standard" for people implementing their "right to object" so DNT should definitely be considered a valid way. If the EU court would rule that "cookie choices" MUST revert to 'necessary only' when DNT is sent and not bother asking for additional confirmation it would make DNT super useful to users as well.
