#BlueSky hasn’t ruled out ads, which means it hasn’t ruled out **tolerance for the insidious incentives** that ads bring. Namely, tolerance for hate and abuse in the name of eyeballs and growing the audience. Just like Twitter did.
This is probably also a good time to bring up BlueSky’s deep entanglement with bitcoin scams, considering it was founded and is heavily funded by bitcoin grifters.
