Achieving #DigitalSovereignty is a no-brainer for every country that isn't the US (it's too late for them, plus they're the home of the worst digital colonists). One would hope that anyone in gov't in any other country would see achieving Digital Sovereignty as a *duty*. If not, what's the point?
