While #healthcare anecdotes are on trend, here's my little tangent: husband's monthly premium was supposed to be set up as auto-payment, but when I looked, payment history said “$0.00 - FAILED” so I called my provider. It seems we had overpaid, but the system which debits payments is *literally* unfamiliar with “$0.00” as a correct amount so automatically registered a payment FAILURE. Effing geniuses didn't program for unanticipated situations.
