pat@Wyliesau kinda like pineapple, surprisingly enough. But to be honest, I'm not particularly impressed with the stuff. I was hoping for stronger pineapple flavor. Then again, it's the first time I was fermenting pineapples, so perhaps it's just the nature of the beast. But it looks good and it's strong as heck (roughly 18%), it's more than drinkable, so.... ;)
