Ugh, working on a sewing project (upcycling my old duvet cover to a dog bed) and I've just realized the sewing machine I bought in Aug is missing it's button hole foot that was supposed to be included. I need that part.

Reached out to Brother support who told me to contact the dealer I bought it from. I am but at the same time am asking Brother how it's the dealer's problem that they, the manufacturer left an accessory out.

Can tell I'm gonna have to fight for this to be made right.
