Linda Woodrow@inthehands @Npars01 I think the word is secular stagnation - too much investment money in an economy with too little demand creating too little growth for "real" places to put it. We need a better word though. I think it's a key concept for our times - we just don't need any more "stuff" - and secular stagnation has no riz.
