This Roosevelt school district is about 5 square miles. That quote is from the school board president. 29 CHARTER SCHOOLS AND PRIVATE SCHOOLS in this school district. Because the GOP here wants to destroy public schools. Every voucher used immediately takes that amount per student OUT of the public school funding.
