I was doing my rounds (we're spread out over four city blocks, intermixed with six other security company teams) and watched my partner across the street doing a welfare check on a sleeping hobo (when it's this cold, we're required to verify if they're corpses) and the guy assaulted my partner (this is common when you wake up junkies, they attack; if they're in a vehicle, they accelerate). You're supposed to keep a distance, make a loud noise, kick a garbage can etc. Anyway, we chase him down the block out of our jurisdiction. We watched him talking to some other bums on the corner, like he was getting backup, but they started beating him up instead :epic:
