    I've had a few Aqara TVOC sensors spread around the house, and one of them seems to have "died" (black screen). Posts on Reddit say it's a common device problem, unrecoverable. Also, it's past 1 year, so no manufacturer replacement, and it appears to be no longer in stock in the USA.

    Can anyone in the Home Assistant community suggest a device that does the same (temp/hum/VOC sensor), connect via Zigbee, but doesn't cost an arm and a leg?
