Software idea: a personal calendar over activitypub. You can follow you friends and family, have caldav interface, ics export etc. People can like and comment on your actities from other actitypub implementations. Obviously you can have private events that is not visible to anyone else, or followers only, or local only, or dm style events to one or more specific follower.

The server will have federated as well as a local calendar that you can browse.
