kaliso energy and the economy are intrinsically linked, and so are, currently, CO2 emissions.
when the economy grows so do emissions. when the economy is doing badly emissions plateau or even decline.
that is why we are talking about "#decoupling" GDP from emissions by using low-emission technology.
some people say there is a problem with this line of thinking, which i'll explain in a second.
