#foodtoot It's always encouraging when something I cook gets an "I like it!" and this one is pretty simple.
Several hours before you start cooking, mix: 2 tbsp avocado oil; 1/2 tsp's worth of lime zest; 1 tbsp's worth of lime juice; a minced clove of garlic; 1 tsp chili powder; 1/2 tsp paprika; 1 tsp dried oregano; a pinch of black pepper; and 1/4 tsp salt. Throw 340g cod (3 filets) into a ziploc bag and add the marinade.
When ready, bake 15 mins at 200C. Good with mashed potatoes and salad.
