    任命拒否の理由を示さずに政府が強引な改革を進めようとしている。監査で政府が介入することが懸念される。法人化でむしろ国立大が経営の自律性を弱めたという過去の教訓も踏まえられているかが疑わしい。この報告書の入手が待たれる。
