Vincent St. Pierre@evan I'm not sure the status quo of relying on volunteers is the best method: it can work, but there has to be supports and additional governance for ease of transition when things go sideways for communities and instances.
Not sure what the solution is, but I'm looking forward to learning about what solutions are being tried across the #fediverse.
