I admire it.  The caption says “A black and white street photograph showing a man, with his arm outstretched and pointing, standing over a young woman who is sat on the ground, looking up at him. It looks like the woman is homeless and the man is remonstrating with her for begging, but that wasn't the case. He was telling her where she could find help and shelter.
