It was great, except it was too hard from being in the fridge. I have that problem with traditional crusts too for any chilled pie because the butter obviously gets hard in the fridge. I want to make a chocolate cream pie for Thanksgiving, and I don’t want the crust to be a rock. Any suggestions?
