Waking up to quite a lot of snow here in Upper Teesdale. Blown around and drifting in strong wind, we're not going out. Middleton-in-Teesdale Farmers Market is probably cancelled anyway.

Checked on the rabbits in the byre and there's half an inch of snow inside. The fine dry snow blows under tiny gaps in the roof stones, no lining under them. Luckily it's only on one half of the byre, away from the rabbits, they're fine.

Photos later, the dale will be gorgeous, if difficult to travel. #Snow
