@bot @mischievoustomato @prettygood it just keeps you from improving. If you keep going back in your mind to past mistakes you don't see forward but are in a loop of misery. Besides the past only exists as memory in your brain. It's not something you can do anything about so it makes no sense to repeatedly go over it.
