210 seconds of plank
10 minutes of yoga
10 minutes of strength training
10 minutes of HIIT
11 KM of #Running (4°C, light rain, 100% humidity, and 28 KM/h wind, gusting to 39 KM/h)
Yoga was *hard* even though it's supposed to be a slow flow. Felt like a speed run to me. 🤣
Run was in windy rain, but I was enjoying myself so much I added a km around 7km in because I felt like it.
The urge to go further now is *so strong) even as I sit here icing my ankle.
