I was worried due to sounds coming from the plaster roof when hails were falling.
After observation I noticed a few things, the concrete collar around the chimney (even tho a decorative chimney) is crumbling in pieces, so I guess the people who made it over a decade ago can't into mix of cement/sand.
Probably the noise comes from that when hails are falling.
Second is that they didn't properly do the insulation, 50% of the glass wool is missing to fully cover the surface.
And thirdly, probably the worst, large amounts of condensation droplets are forming and wetting the glass wool on the north side/garage side of the roof/wall, and that's because the joint between the plaster roof and wall is broken.
