Nemo_bis 🌈#Finland is weird sometimes. I've been trying for 6 months now to pay a certain tax and they just won't let me. Last week I had to answer 17 questions of the kind "please explain why you think you are not exempt". Today they restated some of those questions.
My standard reaction as Italian is that these must be trick questions to catch me say something wrong for which I'll receive a huge bill in ten years time. But maybe they're actually trying to be helpful?
