SocProfNormalize not paying attention to the non-stop soap opera that is going to be the incoming administration. Doing so is a sure way to burn out quickly. There's no reason to pay attention to who's mad at whom, and who might be in the doghouse. Policies are going to be what matters. We should all save our bandwidth for that.
