3. Use ICE to round up all "illegal criminals" in mass deportation groups

4. Intentionally overload the system far beyond its capacity to process so many people

5. Incarcerate those waiting for deportation in prisons near the border (Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, etc)

6. Force these prisoners to work manual labor such as farming and industrial work under the 14th amendment

7. Violá, the South rises again.
