Ballot counting has finally finished here in San Francisco.

Out of 522,265 registered voters, only 412,041 people cast a ballot. That's a voter turnout of 78.9%.

Four years ago, turnout was 86.3%, the second highest on record. In 2016, it was 80.7%.
