So for example, virality penalty: if a post of yours "goes viral", you're shadow-banned for a week. If a post has more likes/boosts than a certain threshold (percentage of the author's followers?), everyone trying to boost it needs to go through a confirmation dialog "uh, are you sure? perhaps this has already been seen enough?". Dunno, it sounds silly.
