@left_adjoint Depends on the level you want to do.
For compiler level; I found the ISA documents at https://developer.arm.com/documentation/ddi0602/2023-12/Base-Instructions?lang=en help a lot (and the software performance guides; I don't have a link right now).
For kernel level the arm ARM (for armv8.x-a) I found useful to understand how things work. But almost of this is very low level and almost never useful for a beginging to begin with.
