LB: I run a couple of starter packs on bluesky and a number of times people have suggested others to add to a pack and every time I have to say "if they reply here that they want to be in the pack I will add them because I don't want to add people to a pack without their consent" and have gotten responses that indicate the person doing the recommendation hadn't thought about consent

If fedi gets some form of starter packs, they need to be consent based and consent needs to be able to be withdrawn at any point (which would delete the account from the pack)

Further accounts must be able to audit all the starter packs they're in (something which as far as I can tell is impossible on bluesky)
