Does anybody, e.g. @Humpleupagus happen to know what tools Mike Johnson has available to force the house into recess?

My instinct is he should be able to block any resolution that suspends proceedings so that everyone has to be in attendance 24/7 and when people start to get tired and leave he can call a voice vote on recess sin die.
