Bluesky has no revenue model -- it's only VC capital keeping the lights on.

They keep talking about being decentralized, but everything I've read is that this isn't a practical prospect, and certainly not one they're designing for.

The company's power structure is just as centralized as that of Mastodon; but Mastodon has forks, and there's a whole bunch of alternative fedi server sofware. Bluesky has none of this.

There's only one way this can end.
