    @chris It was supposed to be 200 °C for 40 minutes.

    I have a feeling something might be wrong with my oven because that's whats I've always done (https://intahnet.co.uk/deck/@mhamzahkhan/112113763731112658), and it's never been an issue, but this week I accidentally burnt two things, (First a store bought frozen pizza earlier this week, and now this sour dough loaf).

    I feel like it might be getting hotter than I want it to?

      Attached: 2 images I mean, it doesn't look bad, and I got an open crumb, but it didn't rise enough. I'm pretty sure that's because I had so much trouble shaping it. I'm still happy.
