Day 10 of being more disciplined about my drinking:
Literally weighed in exactly the same weight today as yesterday, so the long walk and eating well did the trick even with me drinking for a good chunk of the day. For those who might be curious, yesterday I ate mostly chicken (boneless/skinless, with buffalo sauce) and veggies and oatmeal/coffee for breakfast.
That won't be the case today. I'm having pizza for lunch, but I will be working out this morning, so there's that.
