i think a new rule to avoid desensitization:

if i get 5 notification from any source (a specific group chat, some mailing list, some promotional shit) without interacting with it, i'll disable that notification

this came by the fact that i have 5 unread "GOG Items on your wishlist are now discounted!" emails in a row, and yesterday work chat was just unfocusing me with notifications for every single message about a topic i'm not working on.

so, no more gog mails, and work chat goes to mentions only
