75% meat
25% bananas, apples, quark, blueberries, onions, paprika, cheese, eggs, nuts
i'm feeling great !
- sugar cravings have become much less
- less hungry
- shopping is cheaper
- lost weight
- nose-breathing is fine again (especially during the night)
- sleeping better
- less headaches
- more energy
i'll keep going !
