There's this part of me that wants to make a snarky comment in public that "you know the democrats, the ones who have capitulated to capital every chance they had, are just gonna roll over and do whatever the fascists want, right? They're all invested in it. Their stocks, their war hawk profiteering, their private schools. Fund the police! Good jobs building bombs! You think these fucking people are gonna do anything more than say they'll resist then spend all their energy trying to justify why they're actively letting it happen anyway?"

there are only a few that statement doesn't apply to, and the party really seems to hate them.
