A Tattered Scrapbook@dustcircle I think that the constitution means whatever MAGA decides that it means. In that, I’m sure that there was some sort of charter that was replaced by the constitution. Just as I’m sure that the Weimar Republic constitution went through stages of reinterpretation, before it was conveniently forgotten.
