NVC, like Software freedom are concepts so basic that they are hard to explain due to the fact that we are alienated from the nature we're born with.
It's like wanting to describe the benefits of the freedom of drinking water with all it's ramifications, we aren't used to it.
I encourage to see it out more in depth, the book that's published for that is named "NVC a language of life".
