I'm getting over something, felt like shit the past two nights (fever, headache, congestion) , but I've been drinking DayQuil, and taking ibuprofen, zinc, vitamin D, and EmergenC to kickstart my immune system. Also completely sleeping all day with the heat cranked up to sweat it out.
