i don’t know any lawyers to ask. usually auctions… don’t have secret bids like that? its very weird to have a “public” trial and then suddenly say nevermind now key details are classified
Private bits, from what I can tell, aren’t all that unusual. Usually, however, the terms of an auction don’t change at the last minute, and the winning bid is typically the one that offers the most money. We know that the former is true, and it’s not clear whether or not the latter is true ( #TheOnion claims they offerred the highest bid for #InfoWars but #AlexJones claims they did not)
How will these #SandyHook families pay #AlexJones and #Infowars back if everything gets overturned on appeal??
