The hood area has two "male" snaps and two "female" snaps. Above are back, top, and front views of the hood. I'm kinda baffled what to do with any of this. Attaching the strap in the most reasonable seeming position seems to involve attaching it *backward*.

It is possible this is explained on the vendor website, but that's in Japanese.

If I can't figure it out I'll go back to the mall and ask for help, but idk what day that will be possible…
