Last week I got my home sleep study results back and apparently I do have sleep apnea.
Knowing this (but not yet being able to do anything about it) has made falling asleep harder. Oops. But I will be seeing a specialist about it in two weeks.
I'm also now reading stuff about it and having the "oh, THIS is a symptom of sleep apnea too??" reaction and uh...possibly putting too much hope on this one diagnosis making Everything Better😅
