Dr PenIm thinking about #digital #sovereignty, especially* individual and collective digital sovereignty*. Our right to own our own data and content, and what happens to it, who uses it, how its used and how much profit is made from it. Not really about copyright, but about the digital #knowledge #commons and who gets to do what with it in the age of #AI and #GenAI. I feel as if I should write a digital sovereignty union pamphlet, like they did back in the last industrial revolution.
