About the only mayoral candidate who you could plausibly lobby that claim at Is Mark Farrell. And even he’s liberal when it comes to LGBTQ+ support. London Breed isn’t “right wing”. Her and Daniel Lurie are, by SF standards, moderates — which at a national level means they’re still very much to the left-of-center.
